An unexpected charge to the company is something that doesn't happen every year. It is something that is unexpected or unusual, like a factory burning down or some other drastic change that happens one year, and was not anticipated. That being said it could also be an anticipated change, such as a charge of actually building a factory or a major reworking of operations. Anticipating on a one time gain that doesn't happen is not either, and not classified as a one time charge. I have now added an update about Staples (Canada), Safeway (Canada), and Sobeys pulling out of this program. Further departures may ensue, but that is not yet proven. We will see. Dmacgr 22 (talk) 23:32, 4 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
