I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Yes, the current logo is reflected on the website. But there is a new website launching soon and the logo with the plane tail will be the official logo. Their social media profiles already have the new logo:

Dear CambridgeBayWeather, I have just found out that the Air North logo you have here is outdated. Please note how the one you have here has the "Yukon's Airline" Italicized. This is an old logo. The current one does not have those words in Italics. Google is pulling this logo for the search results, which is causing branding issues. Can you please help?
