remove the 'notability' tag as this can now be considered an accident[edit]

The aircraft being written off doesn't directly affect the notability of the event. Does the incident / accident meet WP:GNG and WP:EVENT? I think not. I don't see any likelihood of WP:LASTING effects or any sign of WP:CONTINUEDCOVERAGE beyond the initial news cycle. The notability tag should not be removed unless there is consensus to do so, and indeed the article may well end up being nominated for deletion at WP:AFD unless notability can be proven.
