Wolfdene dam[edit]

Wolfdene dam was a proposed dam for the Albert River rejected by the Goss Government in 1989. It's between a bit of a topic after years of drought, followed by flooding in SE Queensland. There isn't much verifiable material on the 'net about the dam - a few blogs and various commentary serving their own political interests.

Does someone have some better factual information, particularly from Government reports at the time? For example, proposed costs, location, storage area, rainfall patters etc? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Damien d (talkcontribs) 23:39, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
