Blakenall or Blakenhall[edit]

@Jameboy: The text says Jackson played for "Blakenhall". Is this actually Blakenall? I appreciate there are places called both Blakenhall and Blakenall in the West Midlands, but I am not aware of the former having a prominent non-league football club. Number 57 19:11, 24 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Number 57: I re-checked the source book and it definitely says "Blakenhall" (with an h). As part of a list of the clubs he played for, it just says "Blakenhall (1974)", no more info than that. It may be a typo at source that I then reproduced in citing it, hard to say. Maybe a question for either the book's author or Blakenall F.C.! --Jameboy (talk) 15:06, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jameboy: Thanks for the response. Unfortunately Blakenall ceased to exist in 2002... Number 57 16:18, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jameboy and Number 57: Leigh Edwards at Walsall FC has Blakenall (without the h). cheers, Struway2 (talk) 16:43, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Great, thank you! I've amended the article. Number 57 17:15, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
