The comment of Heinz_Nawratil on the matter was posted here. In short, he claims he held a speech (if it was entitled "A 'Diatribe' in Honor of Dr. Alfred Schickel" or not, we don't know for sure), but the text was published in the Journal of Historical Review without his consent. As I have sent an e-mail to the person concerned, one might expect further information on that matter, if still in doubt. Miacek and his crime-fighting dog (t) 22:49, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The recent POV vandalism by Dodo's socks reveal once again, what that selfidentified historian from Berlin is up to here on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alfred_Schickel&diff=prev&oldid=390342229. He persistently keeps on introducing one of the papers that printed Schickel's writing as far-right, as if it were important as to Schickel or the quality of this writing: an obituary of a fellow historian. For some reason, dodo was not so keen on entering some of his political diarrhea on - Criticon, the other paper that printed that obituary. Perhaps because even the left-leaning German Wikipedia describes Criticon just as conservative and it wouldn't have fitted the purpose of the pseudohistorian from Berlin: mudslinging by using guilt by association, argumentum ad hominem and other fallacies that his wiki-armory is so full of.
