Notability[edit]

I'm removing the tag that says this article may not meet Wikipedia's criteria for notability. All of Strapping Young Lad's other releases have their own pages and therefore there shouldn't be a reason not to have this one as well. DarkSinisity (talk) 00:46, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Genre[edit]

Though I have not listened to this whole album, I have Two Weeks on my playlist... Which is probably their only song like that, but is still nothing even close to metal. I suggest that progressive metal just be changed to Progressive (Neither rock nor metal), perhaps? - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 00:15, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First, you should listen to the entire album. There's definitely progressive metal on there. Second, unless you can find a source that states something like "This album is progressive rock, but not progressive metal" (basically, back it up with a Reliable Source), there's no real good reason to change the genre. I did not deny that. In fact, if you actually read what I said, I mentioned that one tune on the album is uncontestedly not metal, period. But, having it your way, I just checked all of the references to this article and not one of them mentions Progressive metal (I may have missed it so correct me if I'm wrong), so I'm challenging the factual basis of that being on this article. -- ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 18:40, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like a good challenge (and a good reason to change the genre, as opposed to personal opinions). You should either find a source that backs up Progressive [Whatever], or remove Progressive Metal altogether from the genre, keeping it just to Extreme Metal.
