Fair use rationale for Image:Alien- Resurrection - soundtrack .jpg[edit]

Image:Alien- Resurrection - soundtrack .jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

"Reviews" section[edit]

suggest it be removed, with more relevant information to replace, as its not proper article prose for wikipedia. Terrasidius (talk) 22:31, 12 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: Move unopposed (non-admin closure) — Andy W. (talk ·ctb) 00:10, 20 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Alien Resurrection (soundtrack)Alien: Resurrection (soundtrack) – When User:M3tal H3ad created this page, they mistakenly interpreted the title "Alien: Resurrection" without the use of a colon, which is its proper name. With my efforts to fix up the Alien franchise pages, giving this article a proper title has been on my to-do list, but when an IP editor tried a cut-and-switch move the other day, I realized that there is no point in waiting, so I'd like to properly nominate it now. Requested move 10 August 2017[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: MOVED. Since the target's history contains only a cut-and-paste move of the article, I have not preserved it. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 13:55, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Alien: Resurrection (soundtrack)Alien Resurrection (soundtrack) – Last hear's move request, although good faith, was factually incorrect. The film poster's billing block, which includes the official name of the film as registered with the MPAA, omits the colon. The film article has already been moved. This should be as well, but as the previous move is only a year ago, I didn't want to just leave it as a technical request. oknazevad (talk) 03:12, 10 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support, good find. Could be just moved back, but since there was a good faith RM this seems the way to go. Randy Kryn (talk) 14:21, 10 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
    • Plus the actual edit history of the redirect is a mess (complete with cut-and-paste move) so it seemed prudent. oknazevad (talk) 14:23, 10 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
