No comment on criticism[edit]

He's controversial and many would say a pseudo-scientist, but this reads as a favourable book synopsis, disregarding the lack of scientific basis for his claims. I'm not best placed to expand the article, but it would be helpful if someone did. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.113.125.32 (talk) 23:08, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • I've just outright removed the section. It was pretty much a book review for the most part. Plus we don't really do individual book entries on an author's page unless it's the only thing they're known for. I'll try to find sources for this and I can see where they're somewhat mentioned in various texts, but there's a bit of a hard time finding sources for this article. • Indeed, most of the content of the article was removed. [1] Not sure it was necessary to be quite that radical! Andrewa (talk) 06:07, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
He is certainly controversial, and he and his wife and often (not always) co-author Barbara have particularly offended many feminists, see for example Gender and Wildfire: Landscapes of Uncertainty by Christine Eriksen. Andrewa (talk) 06:07, 30 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
