Untitled[edit]

I'm very sorry, but I can't understand how to put some references to the text/ I mean some quotes from the book Thus Spake Zarathustra... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vika007 (talkcontribs) 07:17, 2 August 2014‎

Name[edit]

What did the artist call this cycle? "Also Sprach Zarathustra" is incorrect German where it should be "sprach" in lower case. On the other hand, if the artist called it exactly like that, that spelling should stay but it ought to be explained in the article. If the artist gave the cycle a Russian name, and "Also Sprach Zarathustra" is a (misguided) attempt by the article's author to use Nietzsche's original German title, that should be changed to "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" because that's the title of Nietzsche's work on the English Wikipedia. The current situation is confusing, especially with the bolded headwords using the correct lower case spelling. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 13:01, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Michael, you are perfectly right! I was reflecting about it too. I think if the artist put Nietzsche's aphorisms on canvas in German language, so the title of this cycle would be exactly Also sprach Zarathustra or translated into English Thus spoke Zarathustra. I don't know how to change the name of the article from German into English, it would sound decidedly better and more correct for the English Wikipedia... Thank you for your help! I'm awfully sorry, but I'm not a big expert in these things, I don't know how to change the title into English. Maybe by making a redirection? Please help me if you don't mind to make this redirection or something like this... Vika007 (talk) 10:31, 19 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of files[edit]

I can't understand the reason why the files were deleted from Commons, the owner of files Mrs Hades gave her official permission to use it in her FB from the 1st August 2014. This is the artist's post entry where she gave her permission to use her images. https://www.facebook.com/lena.hades/posts/10204021794282265 So I didn't violate her copyrights and consequently there was no reason to delete files uploaded by me. tianminglaura 14:51, 26 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Permission "for educational purposes and with no commercial use" is not sufficient for Wikipedia, as has been stated at Commons:Deletion requests/Files uploaded by Tianminglaura. For further details, see Commons:Licensing. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 04:14, 27 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Article quality[edit]

I suppose the quality of this article is good, it isn't a "start class" quality Idiotski (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 12:10, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The articles consists of an unsourced description, which falls foul of Wikipedia's rule "No original research", and two extensive quotations. That's not a good article. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 13:04, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

So we must cut the article I think, what quotation do you mean? Idiotski (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 18:23, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
