Suggestions[edit]
I have given the article a quick tidy up. Here are some thoughts and suggestions on what to do next:
- Use footnote style references to make the article easier to verify.
- Fill in something about what Altermodernism has been doing between 2005 (when the term seems to have been coined) and 2009. Surely there must have been other exhibitions and events between then?
- Do all the artists on the list really belong? Do they all identify/recognise themselves as Altermodern? Have we missed any others who should be there?
- Need to say something about the Tate exhibition itself, not just its events.
- Cultural hybridisation is a complex topic deserving a link to explain it but I could anything appropriate so I left it as a redlink for now.
- Is the Alter-Modernism of Filip Erceg related or relevant?
- Is Altermodernism purely Bourriaud's invention, or should we also be talking about other critics and curators?
- Need to give a brief overview of the reviews of the Tate exhibition and cover any criticism of the subject.
