ALUM[edit]

Is there any alum in this creek?

Article Split[edit]

  • I wonder of Alum Creek and Alum Creek Lake should be separate articles? And what about Alum Creek Dam? Oh well, it all fits well here for now. george 16:51, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think they should be separate articles given both the creek and dam has a good length. If nobody objects I will split it in a couple days. -ChristopherM 20:42, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

History: Copyvio[edit]

The entire History section is copied form the Ohio State DNR page at http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/parks/parks/alum.htm. This appears to be a copyright violation. The history section was added on 01:11, 8 July 2006 by User:Georgeccampbell --- Derek Balsam 18:55, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'll try to help out with a rewrite.Derek Balsam 19:59, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Let me know if anyone thinks I missed anything essential in my rewrite. By the way, I love the pictures in this article.Derek Balsam 20:19, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
