The article contains next to no biographical information and serves just as publicity.

The photograph is of an almost-30-year-old in a fashion magazine-type setting: the subject is now an almost-60-year-old. This, also, suggests publicity rather than encyclopaedic content.

Such articles do not do Wikipedia any favours. No actual encyclopaedia would permit such hollow content.
