@Magnolia321: Regarding the paraphrasing issue - Some of what the copyvio tool is picking up is trivial thinkgs like the selected publication section. However there are a few sections that probably do need to be addressed:

The last paragraph of ‘Research’ has probably the closest paraphrasing, so it may be worth basically reading it then writing the info back from memory before cross-checking back to see if your recollection was accurate and correcting any errors. That method usually generates a new scaffold/structure to the sentences and order to the information that is sufficient to be considered an original formulation of text rather than close paraphrase. There's a few other ideas and examples here.
For ‘Roles and responsibilities’, it’d probably be best to put these into a paragraph of text by chronological order and call the section ‘Career’ (basically an overview of positions held after his PhD ended).
