Removal of marriage information?[edit]

In the last few days there have been a few attempts to remove information that Andy Grammer is married to Aijia Lise (known professionally as Aijia) or to remove information that Aijia Lise is a singer-songwriter. Attempt 1, Attempt 2, Attempt 3. I have restored this content because it is relevant to a biographical section, is factual, and is now documented with a reference. Proposed merge of content at Aijia into Andy Grammer article[edit]

Notability has not been adequately established for subject Aijia (Aijia Lise Grammer) per WP:NMUSIC guidelines. No inidication that the subject meets the general notability guideline as there doesn't appear to be significant coverage in reliable sources about the subject, only passing mentions, and typically secondary to Andy Grammer. If content about Aijia were to exist at Wikipedia, for now it belongs in the Andy Grammer article. (Note to admins: a previous article was created at Aijia Grammer in 2014) Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:13, 20 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It has been suggested Aijia be merged into this article but I think this proposal is a bad idea.
Aijia is her own person and deserves her own Wiki-article.

184.76.56.97 The issue has nothing to do with "deserving" an article. That's an emotional argument. The issue has to do with whether or not the subject meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. I argue that she does not. Aside from proposing the article be deleted entirely, which it otherwise would be, the alternative is to merge whatever content can be salvaged into Grammer's article until she meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:28, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Though this hasn't received any legitimate opposition, I'm withdrawing my merge nom, since I'm concerned that the content from the Aijia article will only take up space in this article. I've converted the Aijia article to a redirect to Andy Grammer#Personal life. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:51, 5 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Source for "Andrew Grammer"?[edit]

Anyone got a source for the full name "Andrew" in the lede? I've known people with diminutive names who weren't born with the full version of that name. Like, you could meet a Rick without the kid having been born Richard. Assumptive. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:38, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've cut it. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:40, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Article Doesn't Mention post 2019[edit]

So I really do think I should just mention this article and others about his activity since 2019. He remains quite active, and has release 7 singles in 2020 and 2021 Sucker for All (talk) 19:25, 27 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Still just trying here to improve the wikiproject.. Sucker for All (talk) 00:51, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
So add it. Oh I see you can't. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 09:56, 4 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Umm, alright! If someone confirms they will add my edits, I will add it here. Anyways, Writ Keeper or LOVI33 or someone else with whom I've interacted here, would you agree to add to the article if I create an appropriate edit? Sucker for All (talk) 16:05, 18 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
