I'm having a hard time deciphering the points in this section. Can someone help me out?

  • Macroscopic reasons:
    • with the rapid development of scientific technology
    • advancement of productive forces  Done, if this relates to factory workers
    • economy is increasing more and more vigorously.  Done, if this relates to the significant increases in housing since 2003
    • Attracted by the rich material life and proud identity living in the city, most graduates from the countryside are inclined to stay in the city. (I think I'm good here)  Done
    • The increase of the needs of graduates from society doesn’t coordinate with the speed of the incremental number of graduates. Done (more college graduates in the workforce, but not enough jobs to support the influx)
    • Requirements of graduates are less than the number of graduates.  Done, if this relates to there being more graduates than there are professional positions
    • The number of technicians fails to meet the demand of society instead.
  • Microscopic reasons:
    • low rent and convenient transportation are the objective of the formation of ant tribe.
    • Squeezing daily expense and going to work conveniently push graduates to choose a proper place to live, which leads to form a habitation in the suburban district.
    • Graduates just enter the society.
    • In psychology, graduates chase after the feeling of community and identity to keep them feel same. Most graduates show they would to live with acquaintances.
    • As time goes by, it contribute to shape a habitation, which known as ant tribe.
    • At the same time, the changes of China’s employment situation, high housing price and the lag concept of employment of university students account for the appearance of ant tribe.  Done

I feel sorry for no finding of an English source of The Down Youth. Because China Newsweek is a publication in Chinese. There are some related reports of the phenomenon. Yep, I couldn't find a WP:Reliable source in English either.
Can I help out somehow on the attitude to life piece so that we can use English references? Otherwise it's impossible to edit. For instance, if you give me some key words, I can try to find some sources to use to support your points. Of course. Although some ant tribe feel depressed about the situations, the majority of them are very optimistic to their future.
