The Evening Standard's This is London section states that "it is believed" that the ultimate mastermind is Kaljusaar who has not been found, but I could find no other sources for this, so I left in out of the article.-Wikianon (talk) 17:25, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
This Daily Mail article mentions Kaljusaar: "The underworld kingpin, named as Vaino Kaljusaar, was behind one of the world’s most successful identity theft gangs, run from a small office in Notting Hill."[1]
