Weather phenomenon[edit]

I think this page should become a disambiguation page, leading to April Showers (song) (this article) and April Showers (weather), which would be an article on the weather phenomenon and popular saying in the UK. Does anyone object to this?

"Although introduced in 1921, the song was not recorded by Jolson until December 20, 1932." This is not accurate, as April Showers by Al Jolson was introduced on Columbia Records in 1921. If you like I can dredge up my copy and scan the label.

Strongly agree with Pagw. It is too confusing to have the capitilisation of the "s" in "Showers" denoting the difference between the two pages. dR (talk) 07:02, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I also agree. April showers is now a disambig page. TheRetroGuy (talk) 10:39, 2 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The song is also performed in the cartoon Curtain Razor. Is it worth adding to the list?
