unreliable source ?[edit]

- {{rs?}} only means the source doesn't seem to meet WP:RS. It's not saying the Wikipedia editor wrote it. Who is the author of the source? It looks like something written "in my spare time" by someone named Pat[23], and "The information on this site has been checked and evaluated whever possible and is based on the experiences of many owners."[24]. That's what WP:USERGENERATED means. Web forums are not reliable sources. Can the information be sourced to a professional publication?
