Afarooqint (talk) 22:08, 25 June 2012 (UTC)The Arcata Community Recycling Center is a LEED SILVER Certified dual-stream regional recycling processing facility. This seven million dollar project includes state-of-the-art materials handling capabilities, offices, and a community recycling education center.
