Merging with Arjay Coal Camp, NO[edit]

I wouold highly suggest that we DO NOT merge Arjay and Arjay Coal Camp KY. The original site of Arjay, was inedeed a coal camp, HOWEVER, as the town grew, the usual historic track of any municipality is to distance themselves from a coal camp. WHY? If you were a municipality, would you BRAG, HEY, we have a coal camp! NO. You would list the pkace as extinct in GNIS, which the coal camp is and state , hey we are a seperate place. Integrating these places would N OT be accurate historically OR geographically.Coal town guy (talk) 13:10, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
