Duplicate articles[edit]

This article (Arriva London), and two other articles, (Arriva Southern Counties), (Arriva Shires & Essex), are virtual cut-and-paste duplicates. Cut-and-paste is unpleasant because it means that (a) for n articles, there are n different copies of the information to keep up-to-date and in sync, and (b) the same information is being repeated in different places, suggesting it would benefit from being brought together.

In addition, much of the text is a list of companies, not specifically about Arriva London (or whatever).

In short, I don't believe that there is enough unique material here to justify separate articles. I would have redirected them to Arriva, but perhaps there was a good reason behind their creation in this manner...?

Fair use rationale for Image:Arriva (logo).gif[edit]

Image:Arriva (logo).gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:54, 31 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Route 133[edit]

I wonder if anyone can clarify this - I have found a number of runs of rte. 133 to be run from Croydon (TC), but not under the N133 number. Could anyone confirm that some runs of the route come from Croydon garage? --Tom the Tomato (talk) 21:03, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Route 19/N19[edit]

The transfer of 19/N19 in 2009 from Battersea to Brixton is relevant, both occurred under Arriva ownership.Mo7838 (talk) 20:19, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is relevant but only the 19 was transferred from Battersea to Brixton, Battersea never had the N19 and the N19 had been at Brixton since 2000. CourtneyBonnick (talk) 20:23, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the info, have corrected article.Mo7838 (talk) 20:33, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. CourtneyBonnick (talk) 21:43, 3 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Lea Valley or Lee Valley[edit]

Is the garage called Lee Valley or Lea Valley because according to Arriva London website it says Lee Valley http://www.arrivalondon.com/ourgarages. So which one is it? CourtneyBonnick (talk) 14:35, 28 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Its a bit confusing, we have Lee Valley Garage in Leeside Road by the River Lea. If Arriva have it as Lee Valley, best to use this IMO.Mo7838 (talk) 18:05, 28 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Typos (I presume)[edit]

Logical spares?

Dartford garage[edit]

Shouldn't Dartford be a part of London South, not North? It is south of the Thames... NordicDragon Talkpage 09:05, 29 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
