Re: Proposed deletion of Art Metal (band)[edit]

I don't usually take off deletion propositions on pages, but for this page, I did. The reason given for the deletion in the first place was because it failed to meet notability guidelines. On those guidelines, I saw rule number six, which validated the existence of Art Metal (band) as an article. Rule 6 goes like this:

Contains at least one notable musician; note that it is often most appropriate to use redirects in place of articles on side projects, early bands and such, and that common sense exceptions always apply.

Out of the six musicians that are part of this band, five of them have wikipedia articles. Those five musicians and examples of the bands/projects they have been with will be listed below.

Mattias Eklundh is the guitarist and vocalist of Freak Kitchen
Jens Johansson (brother of Anders) does or did keyboards for Yngwie J. Malmsteen's solo career, Stratovarius, Dio, and Russell Allen's solo career, among others.
V. Selvaganesh has done percussion for Remember Shakti.
Jonas Hellborg has collaborated with musicians such as John McLaughlin, Bill Laswell, Shawn Lane, and many others. He has also had a successful solo career.
Anders Johansson (brother of Jens) does or did drums/percussion for Yngwie J. Malmsteen's solo career, among other projects.
