Article Expansion

I believe Art deserves better and should have a more thorough article. I expanded the history of his life, mostly based on his book Coach. I will add more in the future. The other sections need to be either grouped or subgrouped and written in more detail since they are 1-2 sentences. --Timberlax 22:48, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Factuality

1) A. L. Williams & Associates has NOT been known as Primerica Financial Services "since 1977". That is the year the comapny started; the Primerica connection is considerably more recent.

2) While it is factual to say that term life insurance was far less-known and less-marketed in 1970 than it is today, it is not correct to imply that it was some totally obscure or arcane product even then. Certainly there were few financial incentives to sell it, and consequently it was almost never sold to someone who was a likely candidate to purchase whole life, but fairly large amounts of it were in force even then, especially for business purposes among the sophisticated. The concept of "buy term and invest the difference" hardly originated with A. L. Williams, even though he was certainly its most sucessful propegator. 75.234.12.129 (talk) 22:38, 22 June 2010 (UTC)

Alabama Connection Tenuous

Does this belong in the Alabama project. The only Alabama connection obvious is the Masters from Auburn; the undergraduate work was in Mississippi while the birth, early years, coaching career and major business career was in Georgia. 75.234.12.129 (talk) 22:43, 22 June 2010 (UTC)
