Cleanup[edit]

I've worked through all 70 current ACHS societies, split the former ACHS members into two sections, with four in the Honor Society Caucus and the rest showing in a third table. Many of these societies' pages were stubs. I added an infobox where one was missing, a crest or coat of arms to many of them, added color swatches, added addresses to all I could find, symbols, publications, chapter and initiate counts, official websites, etc.

I've had trouble finding a current logo for:

I've had trouble finding a current address for:

Any assistance finding these would be welcome.

Note that ACHS no longer lists the chapters of their member societies. Hence, a chapter list may be a useful addition to those pages that are missing one. And for those seeking to edit honor society articles linked from this page, in the common "See also" subsections, please delete the link that had crept onto the template often used by these societies which pointed to an 'ACHS list of chapters'. ACHS has discontinued managing or providing those lists, and those links are all invalid. Jax MN (talk) 03:50, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure any of the ACHS links are useful any more. While the Lists of chapters don't exist any more, the "entry" lists are also bad now, and I don't see a good way to show the links to the search results for each organization.Naraht (talk) 06:52, 25 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Dunno how I missed Chi Epsilon. Thanks; I've added the crest, color swatches and address, etc., for that article.
As to the ACHS list, they aren't doing themselves any favors with how they titled their member directory. They list it under their third tab as "Certified Societies (Member Directory)", kludgy, if you ask me. Members should lobby for a cleaner, more helpful ACHS website, with chapter lists. I've just written to the ACHS to ask their support in tracking this information down. Jax MN (talk) 16:30, 25 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done. Thanks for the tip. Jax MN (talk) 03:58, 26 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Go through again.[edit]

I think with Chi Epsilon leaving that the list needs to be checked again, the numbers aren't adding up, I think another has left as well.Naraht (talk) 18:37, 1 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Now down to 64![edit]

According to https://www.achshonor.org/certified-societies-member-directory-#/ , down to 64. A side by side comparison needs to be made, I'll do it when I have time, but don't mind if someone beats me to it. Just remember to move the entry down to former.Naraht (talk) 20:53, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
