I got into contact with Sailko on the Italian Wikipedia, who is the primary author of this article's Italian counterpart. In their own words: "Sono dei fondi dell'Archivio di Stato di Firenze: Conventi Soppressi e Ricordanze", i.e. these were found in the State Archive of Florence, and they're abbreviations for 'Conventi Soppressi' and 'Ricordanze', respectively.
