No C-inputs[edit]

Is there an asymetric C-element without C-inputs (with only P- and M-inputs only)? I would say no, because this could result in a state where both the P- and N-MOSFETS conduct, forming a short circuit (high transverse current). 217.10.60.85 (talk) 13:09, 24 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The C-element family does include elements which have no common inputs. These are rarely desirable used but are sometimes generated by some automatic synthesis systems. These can ensure there is no overlap between the P and N transistors being active. Brejc8 (talk) 22:40, 12 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
