Major clean-up August 2021[edit]

I've undertaken a major clean-up of this article to fix problems I perceived as coming under WP:POV. Prior to my clean-up, the article was essentially copied whole-cloth from the ASA website.

The changes, in general, are as follows:

Re-writing the head section completely, to include a number of outside sources discussing the ASA's work and sponsorship.
Removing the Our values section, as it served no purpose other than marketing the ASA.
Removing a lot of the self-congratulatory adjectives: "experienced board of directors" etc.
Adding references to a lot of the ASA's claimed achievements.

Nobody asked for this, but New Zealand was in lockdown, and I didn't have anything better to do.TheWatermanNZ (talk) 12:18, 18 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
