This article feels incomplete: it doesn't tell at what point the bill was delayed in the Senate, just that it was superseded on the 10th. Note that We Are Many (film) shows a scene where Kerry says he feels similarly to "that protester", I believe during a floor debate, but I'm not sure on which day. --Nemo 21:45, 10 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
