Lost Mines[edit]

Are the Lost Mines in Avoca? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.107.86.44 (talk) 22:15, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong Link[edit]

The link for the Vale of Avoca, supposedly in Ireland, goes to some ugly bridge in Toronto. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Madgenberyl (talkcontribs) 13:27, 10 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Immortality? Is a citation required for the claim..."the valley has been immortalised by Thomas Moore in the famous song The Meeting of the Waters". Surely it is a bit soon to claim that the song, and memory of the Avoca valley, will live forever? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.220.200.2 (talk) 13:26, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
