Tijuana, PA?[edit]

I rode thru Avondale (The Mushroom capital of the US, it would appear) and was very surprised to see how completely overwritten in Spanish everything seemed to be. All the stores and restaurants on the road had Spanish either alone or prominent on their signage. Not something you typically imagine in the Northeast US.

Actually Kennett Square right down the road is the Mushroom Capital of the World... :) Avondale, especially right in town, is a prominent Mexican town. --98.114.128.183 (talk) 04:37, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There is also a significant Mexican-Hispanic population in some of the surrounding cities like Coatesville and West Chester, though not as much as Avondale. It's my understanding that many of the Avondale residents work on or are otherwise involved with the local mushroom farming industry. TheBlinkster (talk) 19:30, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This one does not work at all - depending on date of the archive link you get an "AFF not working" or another error message. Since 2 out of 3 automatic fixes failed I'm setting this to "failed". TheBlinkster (talk) 20:19, 13 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
