Notability[edit]

Magnon is an important independent artist. He has two albums on a major label and won one of the world's most important music prizes. He works with important poets and has a track anthologised by France's most important, internationally-touring independent band. I have included seven citations and three references, to a major newpaper and to RFI Musique Internationale.

If he has two albums on a major label, please add this information to the article (along with appropriate citations). Not only will this stop the speedy deletion, but also will prevent the article from being nominated for deletion in the future due to lack of notability; see WP:MUSIC. I see you have already done so, never mind. I have fixed your references, and also performed some minor cleanup.
