Is there anything that distracted you? The page so far is a series of facts and figures from sources that are not sighted. The spelling and information however is good.

Is the article neutral with neutral sources? Yes all information provided is neutral and does not support biases.

Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? No there is not.

Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? The viewpoints are equally represented, however not expanded on very well.

Do the citation links work? No there is no citation line.

Is there plagiarism in the article? I am unsure at this time.

Is any information out of date? The information given seems to be relevant and up to date.

Is anything missing that could be added? There is a variety that must be added to make this page sufficient. List of sources, in text citations, expansion of information provided, links to other relevant Wikipedia articles, organization of page sections, and at least one more source. The facts written, do not have any identifiable sources present. However all facts stated seem objective, there is not problems with the representation overall, the information is up to date as it covers events from 2017, and all information relate specifically to the IMF in Azerbaijan. I would recommend expanding a bit more on the IMF interventions, problems and solutions, and . Aravedis (talk) 22:29, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your sources for IMF in Azerbaijan are not apparent all the sources I saw were about Malta, you wrote source 1, source 2, but did not reference to any related sources. I’m assuming the ‘source 1, source 2’ is simply reference for when you put the actual sources.Aravedis (talk) 22:29, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It is not in paragraph format, are there are no citation links. The current language makes it a bit difficult to ascertain whether or not their is plagiarism, however I am going to assume that since this is a rough draft, the current facts stated will be expanded on, any information used from other sources will be properly referenced without a hint of plagiarism.
