Rename to Brain Emotional Learning Based Intelligent Controller[edit]
I think this article could and maybe should be renamed to Brain Emotional Learning Based Intelligent Controller. This title explains at once what this article is about, while the BELBIC mystifies it for all outsiders. WSEAS[edit]
