Disputed title

I've been trying to make heads or tails of the group of articles related to this topic. My suggestion is to revert this page back to its original form before the merger of Winn-Dixie and BI-LO and use them as separate division pages. A page for Southeastern Grocers or BI-LO Holding, I'm not sure which is appropriate yet, would then be created to cite info important to the two divisions as a single unit, i.e., post merger acquisitions, public filings. The risk of merging BI-LO and Winn-Dixie is that culturally relevant data may get condensed or omitted in the merger. --Mathew105601 (talk) 16:40, 17 November 2014 (UTC)

The article needs to be restored to the original from to be about the grocery store chain, and a new article created about the ownership group. Per the company's website, the holding company was formed as Bi-Lo Holdings in 2012, and renamed Southeastern Grocers in 2015. - BilCat (talk) 16:58, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

 Done I've created Southeastern Grocers, and restored this article to be solely about BI-LO. Both pages need work to remove any remaining info about the other entity, and may need updating. Thanks. - BilCat (talk) 09:43, 20 June 2015 (UTC)
