"College"[edit]

The name "College of Religious Education" was dropped decades ago, instead simply being called "Religious Education". I thought this was to signify integration into all students' curriculum, not as a separate academic program, but I don't have a source for that at the moment. I think they stopped awarding degrees in the 1970s, with many interested students moving to degrees in history, education, or languages. I remember them launching the Chaplain M.A. a few years ago, and I didn't know they offered a Religious Education M.A. until just now when I checked their website. Anyway, it'd be great to get some sources on that stuff, but for now I'll just change the article name to reflect that it isn't called the "College of Religious Education". ——Rich jj (talk) 14:22, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
