Italian[edit]

Is this a dish made in, and eaten by italians? if not, it should be written as a "Italian American" dish, rather than an Italian one. 71.169.20.41 (talk)

The policy is Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. I'd also point to WP:NPOV which prohibits Wikipedia articles from making recommendations. It would be great if you'd expand this article - it's sorely lacking in history, and of course it's fine to describe the ingredients in general terms. However specific recipes are not appropriate content here. Feel free to find a wiki recipe site to contribute to. Also I believe I spelled 'Wikipedia' correctly - so what's with the 'sic'? Once again, you are wrong. Many of those recipes are on Wikipedia; they are not on Wikibooks. Look, for example, at Irish stew or Madeira cake or Espagnole sauce -- three that I found within thirty seconds.

What is the source for the creator?[edit]

"The dish was invented by Joan Leute Berchielli" - Not sure this is accurate. No sources given.
