Assessment[edit]

Sounds like a quite important school, but no history alumni or claims to fame. ... only a start ... Tell us much more about the history of this place. Pics? The main problem is lack of references. Victuallers 10:54, 21 May 2007 (UTC) You do them[1][reply]

History  Done. You're dead right about the History section. I've added some from the school website. Not many sources yet though. The school has an archivist - he should be able to give us loads if anyone knows him Mfaddersb (talk) 22:14, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Lindsay Brown and other Scandals[edit]

Never mind history, there should be a scandal section! Lidsay Brown for a start and what about the O-level cheating episode in 1982? Glennwalsh 12:02, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I totally agree with you about the Lindsay Brown Scandal. It was an important event in the school's history. Don't know if it needs to be more than a mention though, considering the length of the entire article. Mfaddersb (talk) 22:14, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling and Singing[edit]

What sort of English is this? "In my day" I'd have been punished (probably rightly) for writing English like that... "Northern Irelands 1st Minister"... I'm also sure the Latin of the school song is wrong, but can't remember it well enough to correct it!Safebreaker (talk) 19:05, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

About the School song, you may be right but there is a version up on the school's website. Why not check it and cite it? Mfaddersb (talk) 22:14, 26 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Costello reforms[edit]

I have removed this section since it has no specific relevance to *this* school Trugster | Talk 12:09, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject class rating[edit]

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot 16:02, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Lloyd Grossman?[edit]

Is there any evidence that Lloyd Grossman attended the school? According to his own page he lived in the USA til the age of 25 entrepy (talk) 14:51, 1 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No there isn't. Thanks for pointing it out. I've removed until someone can provide a suitable cite to confirm. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 17:04, 1 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
