Architect?[edit]

Who was the archi-bloody-tect then? DavidFarmbrough (talk) 04:00, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is a hole in a couple of the Pitt building articles and I've exhausted the on-line resources. While my hunch is that Max Abramovitz (who was retained as the University's architect and consultant around that time and came up with a master plan) and/or Deeter & Ritchey may have been involved, I think the only recourse is to physically hit the libraries in Pittsburgh (I am not local) for this information, either at the Carnegie Library, in the University's archives, or at the Historical Society of Western PA. If anyone is able to do so, please include a reference for any information that is dug up. CrazyPaco (talk) 17:31, 30 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
