Intelligence[edit]

I removed from the History section the following badly sourced and apparently outlying opinion against the superior intelligence of the basenji:

An article "The Intelligence of Dogs" by Stanley Coren questions this. It ranks the breed at #78 out of 79, which is the second to lowest rank in intelligence. Some consider this an unreliable list, as it focuses on only the ability to listen to a first command.

It appears to be an interpolation as it doesn't fit logically where it was, and it is inconsistent with the general view and has no visible support. If anyone wants to reinstate it, to be properly encyclopedic they should write up a paragraph about reasons for and against intelligence, not just mention one person's disagreement.
