Non-Participating Justices[edit]

Does anyone know why 3 of the justices took no part in the consideration or decision of the case? Were they unavailable or were there conflicts of interest, or something else? CharacterZero | Speak 23:23, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The timeline seems incorrect. Combustion initiated discussions with Basic in Sept 1976, 2 years and three months before Basic suspended trading and made their "approach" announcement. Being new (and short of time), I'm hesitant to attempt to change the article at this time. Selimsivad (talk) 11:33, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
