Tone[edit]

This entire article smells like a government report.

"This project caused an odor resulting in discomfort to members of the surrounding community. Because of the Army's concern for the comfort of the local community during the soil drying, air purifiers were distributed to affected homes in the community to help alleviate the odors." Who writes like that? No civilian, that's for sure. A civilian would say: "Local residents complained of a bad smell. The Army distributed air filters to address the concern."

Additionally, much of this article is unsourced. I'm willing to bet local newspapers had some coverage. I'm also willing to bet the tone of those sources will be considerably different than that of the Army, with their "concern for the comfort of the local community". - SummerPhDv2.0 18:34, 30 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
