military presence[edit]

@عبدالرحمن4132 This battle is from a campaign where the portuguese sent a small military expedition to help ethiopia against the Adal sultanate. It was not to establish a military presence in the horn of africa in any way. Also, I guarantee you will not find that information in any reliable source. With all these reasons I will go ahead and delete that fake i information once again. Thanks, Javext (talk) 16:36, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

That's what the source says. The Portuguese always took any chance to establish influence in the Red Sea and prevent the Muslim spice trade, something they failed to do.
The book explains a lot. عبدالرحمن4132 (talk) 17:29, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry if you misunderstood but the topic in question is the horn of africa not the red sea. Javext (talk) 19:53, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ethiopia is next to the red sea. عبدالرحمن4132 (talk) 20:26, 26 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The topic talks about the horn of africa and military presence. It doesnt say anything about the red sea or naval stuff. Javext (talk) 11:07, 27 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
