Define[edit]

This page is terrible--talk about missing the forest for the trees! Surely some effort should be made to define the term "beaux arts" in and of itself--not merely list a bunch of articles that happen to have the phrase in their names?! --92.142.152.235 (talk) 22:26, 30 May 2010 (UTC)  Done--Canoe1967 (talk) 23:29, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is a disambiguation page, not an article. The actual article on this topic is already very well developed, and is at Fine art.  — SMcCandlish ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ʌ≼  14:16, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: Moved. WP:SILENCE probably plays a role here. (non-admin closure). Anarchyte (work | talk) 13:18, 12 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Beaux artsBeaux Arts – All entries are capitalized proper names, except "beaux arts" itself which is simply a synonym of fine art and should redirect there. See above for reader confusion resulting from the current situation.  — SMcCandlish ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ʌ≼  14:16, 2 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
