Obsolete name?[edit]

I live in this neighbourhood and have never heard anyone - including elderly neighbours who are original owners of homes here - refer to the area as Beechwood Park. As far as anyone I know is concerned it is simply part of Clayton Park (and it was built by Clayton Developments), and not part of Fairview either. It is sometimes associated with Rockingham but I know that's not right either.
