The article states that "[b]y 1953, the show is renamed I Love Lucy". This implies that the original name of the TV show was something different. The show was based on the radio show, "My Favorite Husband," but was named "I love Lucy" from its start on television in 1951. I don't think it's accurate to say it was "renamed". While based on "My Favorite Husband" it was a different show. The characters all had different names. "I Love Lucy" was not a continuation of "My Favorite Husband".

The article states that "A three camera system, designed by Desi, allows viewers on the East Coast to see the show live and without static." The show was not broadcast live. The show was typically filmed on a Friday. It was shown on Monday nights. A live east coast show would have required that Lucy and Desi move to New York. They instead chose the more expensive option of filming the show on 35mm film and sending the finished film to New York to be broadcast.

The three camera system allowed the show to be filmed in front of a live studio audience with fewer visual obstructions and interruptions. Most other filming had been done with a single camera. Action had to be interrupted frequently to move the camera. In a one camera setup a scene shown from different perspectives must be filmed multiple times.
