Excluded on the basis of…

@Newimpartial could you please explain your thinking in reverting the organisation describes itself as "women-only", which it equates with female-only, and on this basis does not employ or provide services to anyone assigned male at birth.? The source for that paragraph, and the org themselves, both use “women-only” and “female-only” interchangeably (a point that may be debated, but that is what the sources say), and the exclusion is explained in terms of sex, not gender, so although trans women are excluded, they are not the only ones excluded. The basis for my reversion is that independent WP:RS, like this one, specify the exclusion of trans women in particular. I have attempted to address your other concerns in this edit. Newimpartial (talk) 02:07, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
