Is it ok to put an external link to activism matters? I have no persoal knowledge nor interest in Benton Harbor affairs but came across this Benton_Harbor_Activism page by accident

How does this page fail to make any mention of a water quality crisis in Benton Harbor?[edit]

Apparently there is a significant and ongoing crisis of toxic levels of lead and other pollutants in the drinking water in Benton Harbor, that has been going on for some time. Shouldn't this notable information be available to Wikipedia users?

I noticed that Guardian article too. It seems that there's a lot that could be added to this article, starting with the fact that Benton Harbor is poorer and has a higher-percentage of Black population, compared to neighboring towns. AnonMoos (talk) 23:44, 23 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Created the section mirrored on the Flint water crisis, but have not noted the black Benton Harbor versus the white Saint Joseph. The Guardian raises the disparity, but need more sources (and I didn't have the time to go looking). I concur – this is the equivalent of Flint, but without the same profile, and response inaction. Smallest of two principal cities[edit]

The lede currently says "It is the smaller, by population, of the two principal cities in the Niles–Benton Harbor Metropolitan Statistical Area, an area with 156,813 people" without mentioning the larger. This strikes me as a bit awkward. Would "It is the second largest city in the Niles-Benton Harbor Metropolitan Statistical Area, an area with 156,813 people" be better?
