There are some references here that support notability. According to the British NME he was not only founder, but also spokesman of Die Krupps: [1]. Before that he was founder of the early (1976) German punk band de:Male (Band) at the age of 14. The band recorded Germany's first punk album [2] and some more records before he started Die Krupps with Jürgen Engler[3]. The British "Bookseller" commented on how his later role as head of German Book Publishing in the Egmont Group evolved: [4]. In 2002 he contributed to the book de:Verschwende Deine Jugend with a long interview about the rise of punk culture during the 1970s in Germany. This book was accompanied by a double cd containing material that credits him as author and songwriter.
