The issue that Tony is raising, and I don't tend to disagree with him, is that the event is still too far in the future to warrant coverage in its own article. Per WP:CRYSTAL, a future event should only be given an article if information is verifiable and almost certain to happen. Now, I have no doubt the festival will happen; however, is the line-up completely set in stone? I notice the majority of the bands are classified as "Unknown Day." Perhaps we should leave a short paragraph on the Bestival page describing the upcoming event and wait until it gets closer to create its own page? I'll wait a few days before I revert to give you time to respond. Also, you should note that each year's Bestival does not have its own page. I noticed the 2004 and 2005 festivals do not have coverage in their own articles. Redfarmer (talk) 16:24, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
